Icons dont work

I'm having a new issue....all of a sudden my icons do not work, ie I click on them and nothing happens. I've tried a battery pull, power on/off, etc with no joy. It pretty bad when the browser and market icons dont respond. At leat I havent had any reboots....

Is your screen responding to touch? Try using the virtual keyboard and see if it registers all your key presses. If not you might need to exchange it.

i have the same problem at times after a battery pull.i don't know what causes it but i fix mine by pulling up the app tab,selecting advanced task manager(task killer if you don't have task manager) and end all tasks.it always fixes mine.

i just took it to verizon and exchanged it for a new one.

This happened to my phone. I had to preform a hard reset to fix it. I'm not sure what caused it to happen but could of been a bad app.

I went and exchanged it for a 43/09 model and I still have the same problems. Icons do not respond, even after many reboots. This is seriously getting old, and fast.
