Help Icons not appearing after update (Verizon)

This is how my icons for apps on my SD card are appearing after the most recent Verizon update: http://imgur.com/B1EdIxs

Any ideas how to fix this?

Did you try removing the icons and then re-adding them to your home screen?
If that doesn't work try moving the apps back to the phone, add the icons and then move the apps back to the sd card.
Don't really know if this will work since I don't have this issue after the update but it's easy enough to try.

I also had this issue after the VZW update and am happy to report that removing and re-adding the icon on the home screen does appear to fix it.
