Just as an update, there is an app called simple text that allows you to make your own. It's actually super convenient and easy to use. I saw it in another thread.

I've had that app since it first came out-its awesome!

I've had several requests for the text icons on my phone, so I've decided to make them available for download for everyone. There is a PSD in the zip, so you can make your own if you like... but if you have suggestions for me to add, let me know.

You can add these icons to LauncherPro, or to your desktop by using Desktop Visualizer. Enjoy!

This thread is pretty old, I don't know how much help your gonna get...but if I were you, I'd just download the Simple Text Icon app and make my own.
