I am thinking about purchasing the app called bettercut to switch around some icons, but I am not sure where to find them on the internet...

Any good websites that you guys know of?

Just search 'icons' in the market. 676 results and that where I get mine from. Need more than that?

There are a ton of nice icons on the market if you do what GrandMasterB said. The only problem I have is that I now have about 20 icon packs on my phone because you can't always preview the icons before you download them. A lot of the packs available are really crappy, you have to spend some times to find the good ones.
