Help ICS 4.0.3 or .4? Hi

I am seeing a lot of posts all over the place about android 4.0.3 and 4.0.4. Are these just roms that people have gotten for their phones or has their been an actual OTA update for the Galaxy Nexus? If it is not a OTA does anyone have an idea when they are supposed to be releasing an OTA for 4.0.3 or 4?

Custom roms 4.0.3/4
The ota will roll out in a month or so, they're just testing it now. Well that's what I've heard anyways.

I think it's supposed to be 4.0.5 when it is released OTA.

The 4.0.3 update is taking a bit longer than I was expecting. I'm starting to wonder if there is something holding up the update.
