ICS and the SD Card Problem

Hi,
I have a Galaxy S2 and successfully rooted it and installed ICS. Everything works fine but when I try to move apps to the SD card nothing happens, they just stay in USB storage.

I have tried moving them with Titanium Backup, tried using Apps2SD. I have used the shell to set location to 2, but they still won't move.

I have read somewhere that ICS doesn't allow apps to be moved to the SD Card, is this true? if not does anyone know where I am going wrong.

Same problem here with new Samsung S111. Apprised Samsung and they confirmed that there is a glitch in ICS and engineers are telling Goggle.
