ICS Based Swype

I really don't understand the marketing strategy for swype at all. Definitely defies conventional logic. Like everyone else in here, I am also impatient for this to come out.

As a side note while we're waiting, anyone else wish you could have google's dictation instead of dragon? I really like the dictation in real time and going back to the "say your whole message" method annoys me. Thoughts?

I just tried this for the first time and it's pretty flippin awesome. Hasn't missed a word yet. I just wish we could theme it since the keyboard's pretty ugly IMO.

Just installed it and it's working great! Different install this time than normal for me. I had selected swype under keyboard settings but didn't work at first for me. Had to go back into settings keyboard, swype, click on it again, and it I was able to confirm swype again, then it worked. love it

Just so you know, once any keyboard is open, you can drag down the notification and choose "Select input method". From there, select "Google voice typing", and you can use Google's near real-time voice action. :)

The nice part about it, is that it will stay active until you press "done", then it will return to your preferred keyboard.

It's not an ideal solution, but it allows you to use both your keyboard of choice and ICS voice actions, relatively well.
