Help ICS battery stats issue. PLEASE HELP!!

When I go to Setting > Battery. The stats display 33% - discharging, and only 10m 30s on battery. This happened after I did a factory reset.

Before the factory reset, my phone was 45% - displayed 16h.. or so.
what happened to the battery stats?

The stats were reset when you performed the reset. It will take a few days of use for them to normalise again.

it seems like the battery stats displayed the time im using my phone instead of giving me the time i have left on my battery. Is this normal???
When will it be normal again?

Huh???

It has always shown battery used for me for the time display. You can only estimate the time left from the percentage of battery power left.
