ICS Dock ?

Hey guy i dont really like the stock sense dock, is there a way i can change the dock to the ICS one or any other one i have the Rosie dock but dont like it alot so my question is how to get a custom dock and where? EVO 3D GSM

You can download something like ADW Launcher or GO Launcher from Google Play to change/customize the look of your screen, etc...these launcher replace Sense as the UI
