ics Hotspot?

So, I got ICS today and then rooted. My wifi hotspot doesn't seem to work anymore.
I opened Titanium backup. I don't see Tethering Manager anymore like in gingerbread.

I froze tethering provision 1.04.02 and testservice 1.0 and that didn't work.

Has anyone figured this out yet??

what method did you use to root? what kernel?
