ICS on unbranded Sensation

Hi all, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

I have a debranded Vodafone Sensation using Revolutionary and then CID change, S-Off, etc.

Is it safe to accept the OTA version of ICS, or better to go the whole hog with an RUU? Is one available?
