Root ICS, or other buttons

I Was wondering if anyone knew how to change the buttons for menu and back to something else (looks wise)(like ICS or Honeycomb). I have searched for themes and stuff, but i havent found where i can change the buttons or theme them.

Themes would do that. There's a whole section devoted to that at XDA. Nook Color Themes and Apps - xda-developers

MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A BACKUP IN RECOVERY FIRST. You should restore that before installing a different theme.
