Help Ics ram

Hi all,
I guess ICS takes up more RAM than GB obviously. But around how much?
Coz when I was is GB it used to be normally be in the 300-350MB range. But now aftr upgrading to ICS , its always around the 600-650 range. Is it normal? ?
Or is it better to undergo the tedious effort of formatting the phone and start afresh? Please advise.

I have also noticed that ICS takes more RAM than before with GB but it's not that much as you are saying, mine is about 400-420 maximum.
Not sure if that is normal or not, sorry.

Don't know wats responsible for this. The current installed apps?
Thr seems to be data left overs in the cell even aftr some apps are uninstalled.
Thinking of resetting the phone and starting from scratch. Tht way exact how much RAM does ICS needs can be known rite .
