Root ICS Roms/Lanuchers?

There are so many , and I don't really kinow what the differences are?

I mean , I know that there's Asencion , and Redemption, which are based on aospx and IColdS....... But which is best?

And also launchers? Apex/ Trebuchet/Nova?

I am using icecoldsandwhich with nova launcher and personally love it.
