Root ICS Update on Rooted Phone with alternative launcher?

Hello all,

I got a pleasant surprise push update today and after going online to research before attempting to update, it seems that this 06/25/12 update may very well be ICS!

Anyways,

Can anyone give some tips on flashing when you are rooted and have CWM running? Attempting the OTA update failed and I'm sure it is because upon reboot, CWM loads and the update then is "interrupted".

I'm now attempting through Kies but doesn't look promising.

Any help with this? I did do a full CWM ROM backup prior to attempting this.

Any help is appreciated...

Are you in the US or Canada? As far as I know ICS official is only in Canada(so I'm assuming that is where you are). If you are not able to get it to install via OTA or KIES, you could always head over to XDA and grab the UCLF3 ODIN update and install that way.
