had recently updated to ics version

didnt check to see if usb debugging wes checked or not before i updated today, it was last time but maybe the i9100m version took it off

Right... so you have an, "
M", variant SGSII, for Bell, Canada, that was on the latest, stock, firmware update.
You have now attempted to flash the latest firmware,
DXLPB, for
Thailand,
Malaysia,
Vietnam and
Singapore, which has the
DXLPA modem that I have found to be, "not very good", for Europe and the America's. See,
here.
However, the firmware you mention, "shouldn't", cause the problems you describe even if it is one I would not recommend for your phone.
As you can get into Download mode, I would suggest flashing, via Odin, this firmware,
LPG for NEE, (Nordic Countries), that other, "
M", variant users have used successfully and is the latest, unbranded, firmware for the Northern Hemisphere.
