Help ICS Upgrade fail

Hi All,
I have an unlocked T-mobile HTC sensation 4g and wanted to upgrade to ICS.First downloaded the source from HTC update and applied to install upgrade.The phone restarts and after a black screen with android exclamation mark appears.I'm new to android and don't know what this means,I need some help to figure this out and please help me with an installation guide.Thanks,a lot
 
Have you removed anything from the phone? Sometimes it won't work if you unistall system apps if you want it you can always unroot give OTA voodoo a shot it allows for a temp unroot :D
