ICS Won't Update

I am on O2 so i should be getting the new ics update. I put kies on just before and got this following message.

Currently, GTI9100 only supports the firmware upgrade feature of kies

Never had that message before so obviously somethings available

i want ics damnit O2!!

That's not an O2 firmware, it's the Carphone Warehouse version. See this thread.
