Root ICSCUP [roms]

yeah I read the same thing. I just didn't want to waste space on phone to download the app. cause that's all I would use the app for.

Well I was wrong bout the theme chooser, route I was taking was dead-end. Sorry y'all.

Looks like there's a need for a themer...
 
ill try to look into it but if anyone can please help us a lot of people really want this feature to be on the rom

note: make sure to use battery calibration. I was reading two different battery percentages till I remembered to calibrate after new rom flash. lol

extra note: is there a way you could make.the new battery status read from battery status in the settings? seems even after calibration I'm still having mixed signals from it. Properly calibrated at 100 percent (both battery status) and after a few mins the new battety status is reading 100 percent while in settings its reading 96 percent

yes i am working on that the battery read you see is for the stock i am trying to find the way to change that and to change the 4g icon too i will try to get the sgs3 icon soon if you give me a help will be good for other rom too is my first time sorry :)
 
nah don't be sorry. Lil progress is better than no progress. Your doing a great job! And I'm always available for any kind of testing. I will also look up some things to see what we can implement into the rom. :D
 
actually I forgot that when I worked at New Breed (I was a cellphone tecnician) that we would fully charge the phone and at 100 percent we would run battery calibration then afterwards we allowed a Deep Discharge (not charge phone until complete power consumption of battery shuts phone down) and then returned to once more fully charging the phone and calibrate once 100 percent is reached. I'll try this.

Ok but I think systemui.apk have a scrip with the set of percent that why it read like that I try to put the the other numbers but it didn't work so I am trying now to set the stock scrip to see if it change if what you do it work let me know

Yes just go in to the post of totlth and download slimgooglestock and flash that and you will be back to stock
 
battery power status works beautiful in newicscup4 update. it wasn't really a big problem, but u still took time to fix it :-) thank you :D
