Idea (request) for an Android app

I'm pretty sure there is already an app out there. You can use our new app browser on the right hand of the page as the apps become available. But I'm quite sure one is already out.

GolfPlay is one of the ADC winners and will be offering this exact application. It isn't yet available but stay tuned and I'm sure it will be.

It's basically a caddy... shows where youare on the hole, how far from pin, wind direction/speed, what club you might want to use... amazing stuff! I'm hoping this comes oiut soon too so I can use it before its too cold to golf here!

Goto the market on your device.

Tap the search icon

Type " GOLF "

Tap enter

You should see a long list off free and paid golf apps.

Read through them and read the comments. Shop around before you spend your money.

Those "free" apps are all either limited in time or in features. They all want to try to trade you up to a fuller version or to get you to purchase later.

I think I'm going to go with golf logix after all. They have the greatest number of desireable features and the most courses. Plus they will map a new course for you if you request it.
