Why cant they make a battery that could wrap around
The case cover inside without using the original cover. It will
Allow More clearance for a better battery so it won't be to bulky.

I'm not sure I understand what you're describing here, but have you seen the PowerSkin battery cases? They make the phone, bigger, of course, but you only need to put it on when you're regular battery is dead and the PowerSkin case will recharge your battery while you continue to use your phone. When it's recharged, take the big bulky case off. They don't have one for the ThunderBolt yet but I think they're working on it. Reminds me of the old Powersleds that Palm came up with years ago. They've been developing this idea for the iPhone, which doesn't allow you to pop in a back-up battery.

Other companies make holsters with battery rechargers in them. I would love to have a folding keyboard which has a back-up battery in it rather than a Bluetooth keyboard that just drains more battery power.

Yeah! almost like that, but from the looks of it that case look
Like its on top of the original case cover.

The main advantage to their approach is that you do not have to take the battery cover off and on, which is a real pain on the TB. Some people are worried about the battery cover breaking over time, but I'm more worried about dropping the phone while struggling with getting the battery cover off. I also like the PowerSkin solution better because you only have to tolerate the larger size while the stock battery is depleted and recharging, then you take it off and you have a fully charged thin phone again. All while you're still using your phone. But I don't usually use a case so my preference is partly dictated by that.

Note that the PowerSkin charging/use algorhitm just charges stock battery; it does not also provide parallel power to to the phone while you're using your phone heavily you will not be quickly recharging your battery.

I'm also worried about how the PowerSkin approach might affect the antenna on the TB, which is partly integrated into the battery cover. Your approach could be better in this respect, but you'll be stuck with a big phone all the time. But you also wouldn't gain much over the 2750 mAh battery and cover unless you also covered up the kickstand and camera.
