If it's a notification it's an app, not a website.
I've never seen this, a reverse image search didn't come up with anything useful, and there are literally millions of apps so it's usually only fairly common ones that can be identified definitively. But if you want my guess, there are a vast number of "workout apps" in the Play Store, including a surprising number of butt/bum/booty workout apps, and that's what that little image suggests most to me.

......LOLyeah no idea. just ask the person what it is. there is no harm in asking, but it may not be as easy as it sounds.

First thing to come to my dirty mind was some sort of porn app. It doesn't look like the icon of any type of fitness app I'd want to take seriously!
Shake Shake Shake Your Booty by KC and the Sunshine Band came to my mind.
There is an app called Buttocks Workout in the Play Store, that may have a similar logo to the OP's notification. and that is a fitness app.

Oh my that annoying 'modern swoopy font' again. Does anyone know its name? I see it on all sorts of household decor (the 'live laugh love font'). It's more common and twice as annoying as comic sans!
I've taken to calling it 'Momic Sans' as it's the font on all sorts of decor at my mother's house.

What's wrong with Comic Sans? The discovery of the Higgs Boson was announced using that font, and not many fonts can say that

Comic Sans actually makes me giggle at the things it's used on.
Just last week a new brand of back seat kits we got in for installing onto golf cars had its entire user guide in Comic Sans. It's the hilariously out of place use that makes it the most hated font since Papyrus (and made immortal as satire in two in-game characters in Undertale)
But that 'modern font' is so hard to read, atrocious and is EVERYWHERE yet nobody hates it.
