If I buy my fascinate from Walmart.com/target.com/amazon.com its $38 and I understand that if I end/edit the plan before 6 months afterward it can lead to a hefty fee.
My questions is, if I walk into a walmart/target store and get the phone for $140, do I still sign onto the same contract that says I cant change the plan in certain ways without getting charged the full phone value?
Cause if I'm still going to be under that same "rule" then I'm just going to go ahead and order off Walmart.com.

Sorry, I didn't mean anything bad from it I was just wondering if there was a contract difference between getting a plan online as opposed to getting it at a physical store.
