If I delete all folders and crap besides cwm and titanium backup and personal files I want to keep.

And do a flash install of a ROM then restore apps and data with titanium.

Will that work?

My problem is cwm is no longer backing up my to external it fails on system img file. And I want to delete all the residual files left from all the crap over the past year.

I've done this same thing before. Just make sure you have everything important backed up.

I'm constantly deleting files I don't need/want from my internal and external. Haven't had any issues so far.

Guys I'm wanting to restore only apps I use but I tried and actually Fed my phone up all day while I was at work only way to do it is keep folders and keep data in them ugh
