Root If i go back (nandroid)?

Just a quick question.

If I reload a nandroid backup, will all my data return?

Reason being now I'm running defrost I've lost some important info that was in colour note under my stock rom I could do with getting it back if possible.

The Nandroid will put you back to exactly as it was at the time of making the backup so you'll be back on the Sense-based ROM.

A nandroid backup is a screenshot of the phone at that particular time

Just found it in titanium and backed up the data.

You can also make several back ups, of which you can then select the one you wish to restore.
