assume that i'm updating to "bugless beat rom"

1. What will i use for MS exchange sync (very important)? the Droid has motorola built in Corporate email calendar, and contacts. will i be forced to use touchdown?

2. Will i loose the ablity to use the market? (sounds like a noob question)

bugless beast is a 2.0.1 ROM. It isnt 2.1. It just has a lot of 2.1 apps and features. I really doubt you would lose any syncing abilities. And you also have access to the Market.

thanks for the info. any good 2.1 droid ROM's? do those loose the Moto corporate email Functions?

The trend has been towards stable 2.0.1 roms with overclocking lately (the bugless beast, for example, as you mentioned).

I never found a 2.1 rom I could really live with, too buggy for my taste.

WAY to buggy...Flash one....take a look at the live wallpapers...show your friends....then get to work on setting up either a bugless or sholes team rom....they're the best 2 out and they're 2.0.1 with a lot of 2.1 features.
