I've been trying to update mine but it keeps telling me to free internal memory. It looks like I have plenty so I'm confused. I'm ready to move to the next phone....

Do you have the latest Kies software.

I had to try several times to get my phone updated.

Take out the SD Card memory. It will do the trick

I did the update before I read the posts about removing the SD card. I did not have any issue after the update but I did have to make several attempts with Kies to get it to work
