I have looked over a couple of tests where the Ally was being flashed from Overstocked Beta to SD 1.2... It seems from a couple of allys I've tested the boot screen will still be Overstocked boot animation even though you've flashed Storm Droid 1.2
UPDATE:
******THIS IS CAUSED BY A BAD FLASH******
TO FIX YOUR PHONE FROM A BAD FLASH:
1. Go to Recovery Mode ( Home+Menu+End)
2. Go to Wipe
3. Choose the first one Wipe ALL Data/ Factory Reset
4. Wipe Dalvik-Cache
5. Wipe /System
6. (Try to reflash ROM)
**If it still won't let you mount your sd card continue**
7. Take out battery for 60 seconds
8. Put battery back in
9. Pull out sd card
10.Wait 5 seconds
11.Put the sd card back
