Yes, I got one 10 days after I submitted my info and got the RMA Confirmation email.

My old tablet worked just fine until the new one arrived, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Not sure why your claim is taking so long. Perhaps it's related to purchase date or where you're located or...I dunno. At least they have your claim.

Afraid I can't be much help there. I know I had a fairly quick turnaround, but I have no idea what factors would have contributed to that or would contribute to you not having as much luck. :/

My tablet replacement took several months but did arrive. My old tablet worked fine until the new one arrived. I'm wondering if they are reshipping refurbished tablets with the new batteries, since the batteries were the issue. Old tablet comes in, take out battery, put in new battery, ship out. Wait for next tablet to ship in and repeat.
