If you see a stylus! They're doing it wrong!

All this talk about the redesigned s-pen has got me thinking. samsung also sells replacement s-pens, right? So I suppose you'd need to specify which note you have if you need to replace yours?
 
So am I correct in assuming there's no battery in this thing...pressing the button just "completes the circuit" of your electrostatic touch to the screen?
 
You guys are cracking me up. I love it! I already love this community. I will be giving up my i4s on tuesday, for the gn2. can't wait!

If you love it so much around here why we gotta wait til Tues for you to make the switch? What's wrong with today??? Huh!!! Huh!!!! j/p :D

Yes, the GN2 creates an electromagnetic field whenever the S-Pen is removed. When you put the S-Pen close to the GN2, the electromagnetic field charges/powers the S-Pen. It's a seriously innovative piece of technology that Samsung created. :)
