iHTC One 4G+ Android 2.3.6 MTK6575 Rooting

Hi I have just bought a China made iHTC One 4G Android 2.3.6 MTK6575

I am having problem trying to root it;. I have tried SuperOneClick, HTCSuperToolV3, Unroot, Z4Root, etc and many more apps. But have no success so far.

Please advise

Have search around the home page for the Android Phones. But could not find the above model there. I guess this is because it is a pretty new model.

I finnaly did it!! try this from this page it worked perfeclty for me and I got my Ihtc One 4G+ tooted.

I have another problem.... When I try to flash an update It don't want.... The only thing that happens is that a android recovery image apear??? I have folowed the instructions..... ??

What exactly are you trying to flash?

If your trying to flash a Rom, kernel, mod etc, you'll need to go into recovery and select "install zip from sd card"

I folowed this instructions:

Flashing instructions:

copy:

AAAAB3NzaC1kc3MAAACBANLc2NCufBz0lBUupztiXI7rUnhY3bOojTMmGD0SR68e8kK00EM5n0ghfpaDxayZD.zip

and

update.zip

to the ROOT of your sd-card. Turn off the phone. Connect the phone with the usb-cable to the pc. Then press and hold

Power and VOL +

The update will start automatically.

Never mind ;-) I have falshed it to ICS now and rooted it also works fine!

Actually I have hade this phone for a while now (since around may 2012)....but it is recently I have begun to use it active... I like it very much!
