There is a simple way to sort (alphabetically) the icons listed in the applications menu ?

Nope, and you can thank Samsung for that. Download Appzorter off the market. It has free and paid versions, and will alphabetize your app drawer.

You can also go to Menu > Edit, then drag the app icons to exactly where you want them. You can sort on multiple pages, etc.

Thanks kikstart, I knew this method. But, as I have 5 pages of applications, would be very hard to sort out by hand all my circus.

That's for that reason I asked for a "simple way".
