Help IM Error

Hi,

When i wanna run IM (it is the first time that i wanna run). there is a message like "Error" ( error occured).

I have already used hard reset option so far but nothing changed.

would give some support about this problem.

Having the same problem!!
Tried to run via Social Hub and IM app but both presented the same message: "Error"
Not even possible to register my IM accounts.
Also factory reset and confirmed (using Kyes) that firmware and software are updated.
could anyone help??

I have the same problem here. I am also trying to run the IM app for the first time. It keeps showing this error. I do have internet connection and everything else is working fine. I was so happy with my SGS2 but this not working IM ruined all my feeling. Is there anyone who could help with this?

Actually I don't use IM but it still makes me hurt because I know that this brand new SGS2 has something to complain about which is again related to software.

Guys, I just want it completely working, don't want to do root(don't know how and what it is) to remove the app.
 
I could be wrong but I think you need a social hub account to use IM. This is a problem if you are from the US as I don't think its supported. Although if you're rooted you can use an app called market enabler to make your phone think its from a different country then maybe it will work.
 
because it`s probably not supported in your country... try using diffrent IM apps. there are few in the market.

i'm in canada am i considered US?
