I'm going Nuts trying to figure this out! Please Help

I dropped my phone and didn't crack or even scratch my screen and didn't notice anything that day. The next day I noticed small lines and marks that turned into small circles. I tried to clean it but that wasn't it. Now, 2 weeks later, there are 4 large circles the size of pencil erasers and can't hardly see my texts, type or read anything! I've searched this forum and all over the net. There are many reports of this and finally found a "fix" if this is possible. I can't see the logic and afraid of condensation that might short the phone out then I'll have to scrap it. If the LCD is damaged nothing can "fix" it other than replacement.

Id also be sceptical of that guide you read. If you are going to try it, take the screen off the phone and only put the screen in the freezer, then theres nothing to lose really.
Sounds like the lcd has tiny cracks that are leaking tbh

Thanks, taking the screen off would be a great idea, but from what i read it's not an easy job....but it's better than buying another phone! The thing about is if it even has a scratch or crack it isn't visible at all.

Yeah if youre gona try a new screen youre gona have to do it anyway. Im like REALLY sceptical though but then i dont know how LCD works so maybe the advice is sound

Yea, IDK either but just found out it is not an LCD screen but gorilla glass, so that might make a difference. I'm def not a techy! lol

Yeah gorrilla glass is the outer layer of glass that protects the LCD and digitizer underneath.
I think the problem you have is that the LCD is broken. Thats why you cant see any damage on the suface.
Gorilla glass is very tough but the glass the LCD underneath is made of isnt :thumbup:
