Help im having problems tethering evo over usb

[iamomeed]

Hi,

I am trying to tether my evo to my laptop on Win 7. Im tethering via usb and I am using PdaNet.

I get full signal over 3g and maybe 1 or 2 bars on 4g. speed test on the cell by itself ranges from 0.5 to 1 Mbs/s but when i tether the speeds ranges from 30 to 140 Kbs/s.

what am I doing wrong?

thanks for anyhelp.
