I have the vm Motorola triumph and I think its rooted. I got Tom manager from Google play when I try to flash my rom it doesn't work. Any suggestions ? I want jelly bean.

You can go there to find a Rom to your liking, my advice, avoid flashing through rom manager. It's been known to do bad things.

Depending your custom recovery, probably cwm, I would manually enter recovery and flash that way.
