Im putting on my n00b hat again.

Is there a way to do a bulk copy and paste of icons on a home screen? I know you can press and hold a shortcut and drag it where ever you want, but is there anyway to move a bunch of shortcuts all at once? I know all I do is ask so many noobish questions, but for some reason this galaxy note just doesn't seem to be doing what I am used to and thats partly because Samsung released this device with an old version of GB. It was released with GB2.3.6, and I had GB2.6 on my old phone. I want Samsung to release ICS4.0 but for some reason, Samsung is not in any rush to release it.

Is there anyway we can petition Samsung to release this OS for us? Do we have any rights to do such a thing??

This is the forum for the international Note which I assume you don't have since most of those have been updated to ICS for some time now. I guess you could try to persuade AT&T to speed up the update, but I would not hold your breath.

I am sorry that you are unhappy in your wait and I hope that you get your update soon. I am equally sorry to say that I know of no way of making bulk additions to the home screens.

Yeah Sadly Im in the US and AT&T tells me that it's not them, they are waiting on Samsung, and Samsung just keeps telling me that my phone is on the list and all they do is point to their website SAMSUNG which just says yeah we are going to get it but gives us no indication of when. I have spoken to supervisors at Samsung and they keep telling me that they have no clue when we are getting it! Aaaarrrgghh It's so frustrating!
