(Forgive me if this is the wrong forum to post this in.)
Like many of you who have the phone already, I've been researching the specs, watching videos, and reading (dealing with) the release date rumors. There is one thing holding me back: The plan. I'm hoping a Verizon rep on this site can help.
I've been offered a job at a third party Verizon dealer. With that job comes a dealer line. I start next week, but I won't get a check until a few weeks. I'm without a reliable phone right now.
Is it possible to get the TB from a Verizon store today and then have my contract changed to the dealer contract once I start my job next week or do I just have to wait to get the dealer line with the Thunderbolt whenever I start?
I sold my BB in hopes of getting this phone today, but I don't wanna tie myself into a $120 bill for two years when I can get a dealer line in a few weeks and not have a phone for the time being. That's not my best choice, but I'll deal with it for now if that is my only choice.
Feel free to brag about your cool phones now.
