Root I'm really worried!!!

I just rooted my phone yesterday!!! Just now, I turned off my phone, turned it back on and pulled the battery because I didnt mean to turn it on and now it won't turn back on! Please help me =[!!! I really need this and can't brick it :'( Tell me I didn't brick it!!
 
Should I go into a Verizon store and see if they can turn it on? I mean, if they can't turn the phone on, would they really know I rooted it? :S =[
 
You pulled the battery while the device was booting up?

If so, go into recovery mode (hold volume up and the power key at the same time for a few seconds) and scroll to "restore" then click the trackball to restore your device.

You did do a Nand backup, didn't you?
 
I pulled the battery while just regularly rebooting, and I did do a nand backup, but it wont turn on at all! I've tried every way of turning it on, while its plugged in the orange dot doesn't glow anymore =[

Also, it never got hot so I know OC didn't fry it
 
Remove the battery cover and pull out the battery to make sure it was not carelessly inserted the wrong way; the three contacts on the bottom edge of the battery must be to the bottom left as the back of the phone faces you.
 
I played with the battery putting it in and out and pressing the on button, I have NO idea what happened or what it did but it magically turned back on! I'm supa worried it may happen again, do you think keeping it rooted will be fine if I don't continue to flash it?
 
I think it is possible that you inadvertently put the battery into the device facing wrong.

If not, then you may have a ruined battery or charging circuit.

Do a restore and keep an eye on things.

Looks like you've learned one important lesson: don't yank the battery when the phone is running unless it is a last resort. Trying to save a few minutes cost you several hours to learn this, I would guess.

Second lesson: always, always, ALWAYS use the "Wipe... Wipe Data/Factory Reset" recovery menu item before you do a Nandroid restore.

PS the "root PB00IMG.ZIP" file can not be flashed to the phone using Amon_RA's recovery. BTW, you should probably rename it to something slightly different, say "root-PB00IMG.ZIP" so that if your phone happens to get started up in HBOOT mode, your phone won't try and start the rooting process over again
