A ALIHISGREAT Member Apr 9, 2012 #2 Try Wug's galaxy nexus root toolkit -> it will take you through the whole process and hold your hand! made it very easy for me! Then choose a ROM and off you go. Otherwise you'll forever be waiting to get pushed OTA updates weeks after everyone else.
