i purchased a used dropad d10 have no clue how to use it trying to reset it to factory defaults I have got as far as clicking on PRIVACY then clicking on reset to factory defaults but I think at that point it is supposed to reboot but it never does....just stays on that green nav screen....please help me i have been trying to find out for a week now and cant find anything and cant seem to find any help..please please i think it is a great item but i would like to download some apps and would like to start fresh...
