Just got my new X. Overwhelming, but absolutely amazing! One question. How do you install personal or custom "alert" tones for texts, email, media messaging, etc... When I plug my phone into my mac, no media folder is seen. Any suggestions?
 
Welcome to the Android Forums! There are 2 apps on the market that can help, the first is called ringdroid, it will allow you to make ringtones of any music on your Droid. The 2nd is called tone picker, it allows you to assign any music, ringtones to single or multiple contacts. Oh and if you run into any more problems, the people here..
Motorola Droid X - Android Forums can more than likely help you better as they also have an X. Hope this helps.
