Help image editor for ICS on nexus?

I'm quite disappointed with default editor on the nexus, quite a lot poorer than the default on N900 was.

I can't resize an image, nor see a way to convert the png screengrabs to jpegs.
It has plenty of effects and rubbish I don't want of course.

Is there a simple editor that can resize, save as, rotate, crop, and ideally allow me to choose a jleg compression ratjo whilst disllaying what filesize will do (the way photoshop does)
