Image Resizer

I think the site needs an Image resizer. I noticed in the threads that have to do with pics, (expl: http://androidforums.com/nexus-one/47502-nexus-one-picture-thread.html ) the page gets stretched and distorted. As a fellow forum owner, i know vbulletin.org provides an image resizer for free. It will resuize all images posted automatically so the page stretching wont happen. It especially sucks for those of us that acess the forums via a netbook. lmao

lol did you just bump this?

Don't worry, we see every thread made in here. Especially if it's only 4 down the list.

:)

Alright I'm gonna look into this... it's a good idea. Also I'm thinking about only allowing "Thanks" on the first post of a thread.

Side Note: I'm worried about the "Thank You hack too. It looks kind of sloppy when there are a billion thanks on different posts throughout the thread. It would look better if you could only "Thank" the first post of a thread, but for example if the first post is a question and 2nd post is an answer... kinda ruins the purpose. Hmmmmmm

" In Rob we trust "

i here what you are saying about the thanks but remember this . sometimes the answer to someones question can take place in the middle of a thread. but i understand what ya mean about the abuse

I'm with merf, the one to thank is almost never the first post. But I see your point. Not sure a good solution..

You can adjust the css that controls the thanks box to streamline it, it is kinda big right now...

Attached a screenshot from another style of thanks box, little slimmer/cleaner
