Imaging and deployment software

I am looking to roll out hundreds of samsungs's for my company. I'm trying to find a software that will let me basically take an image of a preconfigured device (email, apps, shortcuts, etc) and push that out to other devices in some way.
Basically to clone the devices.

did a basic search and really found nothing like what you are talking about most of the info I found was cloning a cell phone but that is really not what you want. Cloning means 2 identical phones with the same information including phone number. My suggestion is to get with the Manufacturer and explain to them what you are looking to do and see if they can assist you.

Sadly, the easiest way in concept to do this would be to set up one phone how you want your image to be, then root, install a custom recovery, and take a Nandroid Backup, then root all your other, identical devices and "restore" that nandroid backup to it.

But, that requires rooting, and is not really automated, since you have to have to copy the nandroid backup manually to each phone, boot into recovery, and initiallize the process yourself.

Should be no need for rooting, and anyway that voids the warranty for Samsungs.

There are also third-party solutions such as AirWatch, which my employer uses to deploy almost 3000 Android tablets across its workforce.
