Help IMAP Email Accounts Not Updating

I've had my Droid X for a week now. I'm coming from the Incredible. Both are great phones but I prefer the X.

Howqever, I have a problem...

I have 3 email accounts setup on this phone. My corp account using the Corporate Sync and 2 personal accounts using IMAP.

The Corporate Sync works fine but the IMAP accounts will only download email every few hours instead of every 15 minutes. If I reboot the phone, it will download new emails.

Any idea what might be the problem?

Its a known problem. I and many others have the same issues. I had to switch to k9 mail in order to get a working client.
