Help imei null

hello everyone if you can help i will be very thankfull i will explain to you my situation because im not so clever with android devices. a few weeks ago one of the tourists in my hotel threw his samsung galaxy s3 im my swimming pool after after two days of the phone being in the pool i went to recover it at start it didnt work but after a couple of weeks it miraculasly turned on and now it works perfectly but the customer reported it stolen on purpose so he could get a new phone so im guessing samsung blocked the phone so it cant be used for calls and it says imei null is there a way of unlocking it? if you can help please do thanks
 
Sorry but theres no way we can discuss that in here pal. Phone "cloning" is illegal. Im sure you understand :thumbup:
At least you have a great free wifi/media device :D
