How can i import my contact list in .csv format to my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone?

Or, as suggested above, you could:
1. Log in to Gmail with your desktop browser
2. Select "Contacts"
3. Open the "More" menu and select "Import..."
4. Select the .csv file
5. Sit back and watch your contacts sync with the phone automatically
