i know i have said this already but apparently it didnt get to everyone, so im saying it again, go back to the cwm stable beta page and update to the second release of the beta
the data partition was not backed up AT ALL on the old versions of cwm, they cannot be restored or wiped using them, and it messes with some unknown partition

DO NOT WAIT ANOTHER SECOND, UPDATE NOW
