Help Important question before buying IS, please help!

Dear Incredible S Users,
I am thinking of buying the Incredible S. The only issue that i have found on the internet regarding this phone is that there were a couple of threads regarding dust getting under the screen. Is this true or were those only some initial faulty batches or something? Please tell your experience over a period of time with this phone. I need to decide between this phone or the Desire S. Please help!

I've now had the Incredible S for a few months and I've not suffered any dust issues.

The only issues I've come across are those that HTC have introduced themselves i.e. the Wi-Fi signal issue with the GingerBread update. Though, to be fair they have now fixed this.

I bought mine in March and there isn't any dust under the screen (the phone sits in my pocket without a cover or any other protection).

Using Inc S for over a month..dust free..awesome screen..

Dust-free for me, too (other than the dust under my screen protector, but that isn't HTC's fault ). The annoying wifi issue has also been fixed with the latest software update.

I've had mine only a couple weeks and no dust either. My friend just got a Nexus S and I can already see specs under his non-Gorilla Glass screen

are you sure about the Incredible S having a Gorilla Glass ?

And yes I know about the Corning website, but there are many errors on that list.

to be honest, there IS this dust problem for mine. I bought it yesterday! there have been a few like mine.
